Change is possible and hope always exists. I create a therapeutic and judgement free environment so that change and growth can occur. My ideal client will realize that something in their life is not working and they want to figure it out and make things better. They want to experience happiness, purpose and peace in their life. Taking that first step toward counseling is challenging but benefits will include increased self-esteem, improved relationships, a clearer understanding of self, increased purpose and a greater ability to deal with stress just to name a few.
