I offer therapy for all ages, including individual adults, children, adolescents, and couples. I am specialized in EMDR (reprocessing of traumatic events). I work with a wide range of issues including but not limited to self-esteem, depression, anxiety, negative core-beliefs, self-image/body dysmorphia, trauma, etc. I use a multitude of techniques depending on what is appropriate for and preferred by each client. I am open to working with a vast population of clients and remain open-minded about what approaches are best suited for each client's situation, history, and goals for therapy.
