I am a seasoned clinician based in Brooklyn specializing in complex trauma and those suffering from or adjacent to someone with cancer. Somatic tools like EMDR and DBR are supported by an attachment based, interactive approach. Psychodynamic therapy helps us identify what's under the surface to tackle old habits, default behaviors, cognitive distortions that can cause symptoms like anxiety or depression. Trauma can be debilitating until you learn strategies to weaken its hold.
