Hello! I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, grief, loss, and a variety of other presenting issues. I take a trauma-informed approach to treatment, utilizing CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy where appropriate. I see clients ages 5 and up, as I think it's important for people from every walk of life to receive the care that they deserve. I take special interest in working with members of the LGBTQ+ population as well as the neurodivergent community. I employ a collaborative approach to goal-setting in therapy and am flexible to move at the pace or in the direction of your choosing!
