Through mental health counseling, art therapy, sand tray, mindfulness, visualization, and transpersonal therapy, we will work together to address the important concerns in your life. I am strength-based, compassionate, empowering, and focused on you. I work with many issues including Grief and Loss, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transition, Low Self Esteem, Relationship Issues, and Adjustment Disorders.
