My first goal is to provide a safe environment where you can begin to sort out issues and concerns that may be keeping you feeling stuck with no energy and no hope. My approach to counseling blends my education and experience in a genuine, compassionate setting. I use an individualized, eclectic approach to develop a collaborative relationship where you will be encouraged to experience and express your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, worries, concerns, and fears.
