This is what you thought therapy was supposed to be like! I have nearly 30 years’ experience in dozens of settings and several states, but your story will always be unique to me. I specialize in trauma; complex and other, child/parent relationships, anxiety and depression, substance abuse, self harm behaviors, and I have training in CBT and DBT. I am trauma and attachment oriented, and deeply understand dissociation, sensory needs, and how to pace treatment to make sure you feel heard and seen.
