I graduated from the nation's top 10 counseling programs, University of Central Florida, with a 4.0 GPA. I have multiple years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. In my practice, I integrate EMDR, IFS, and CBT all of which are evidenced based practices for healing and resolving trauma, alleviating symptoms associated with anxiety and depression, and increasing self-worth and self-esteem.
