Hi, thank you for visiting my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider in the state of Florida, New York, and New Jersey. I work with women and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. I work closely with each client to help them achieve their goals using a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. We focus on healing, self love and acceptance, and long-term growth.
