I am a South Asian-American psychotherapist with a public health background who specializes in perinatal mental health, trauma, and the life transitions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. I am particularly passionate about exploring how race, culture, cultural trauma, and identity influence our journeys into and through parenthood. As a therapist, I enjoy holding space for folks who identify as people of color, multi-racial, and/or as first- and second-generation immigrants as they navigate the transition to parenthood and throughout the parenting journey.
