Hi, I'm Dan! With over 10 years of experience in the field, I will help you with every resource I’ve gained to date. I’ve had the privilege of working with various populations experiencing an array of different challenges. While doing so, I’ve developed a deep love for partnering with and helping people. I’m inquisitive by nature and find joy in getting to know others deeply through the helping process as together we work towards positive change. I’ve learned that nothing is too big or too broken to overcome. My highest value is my relationships with my clients, and I strive to assure my clients feel comfortable and confident. My greatest strength is the development of a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I seek to identify needs and help with the achievement of personal goals. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in the helping process.
