If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just a little lost right now, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work primarily with teens and adults who are navigating big feelings, new identities, hard transitions, and painful past experiences. I also work with queer and straight couples. My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful of you and what you’ve been through. I believe that your thoughts and behaviors make perfect sense in the context of your life and that change starts with compassion and self-understanding. Together, we’ll explore what’s working for you, what’s not, and how to move toward a life that feels more true to you.
