How can I help you? I am here to assist with creating a place where you can feel safe, supported, and cared for in your moment of need. I am here to help promote the belief that "you don't have to control your thoughts, you just have to stop letting them control you." I have gained experience with utilizing modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy Psychodynamic Counseling, Mindfulness-Based Counseling, a combination of Individual and Family Therapy approaches. I am interested in treating a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma and stress, grief, crisis and intervention in suicide, marriage and family, etc,.
