I am a Black Drama Therapist, whom offers creative and cultural ways of coping with everyday stressors of life and trauma. Over the past 15 years I have assisted a multitude of individuals with exploring ways to live a life that fulfills them. We design together a plan of wellness and what I like to call a coping skills toolbox for life. Do you ever feel like managing all the roles you play in life can be somewhat overwhelming?
