Hello! I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a physical disability in the State of New Jersey. My unique lived experiences have given me the passion to help others navigate their own challenges. I specialize in PTSD, trauma, anxiety and depression. By using a trauma-responsive perspective, I help clients to explore the many ways that distressing experiences may have impacted their mental and emotional well-being, relationship difficulties, and more. I have worked extensively with marginalized communities such as the disabled, low-income, BIPOC and queer/LGBTQ+.
