Hi! I'm Dominique and I'm happy that you're here. At my practice, The Power of Resiliency, we work with clients to help them build awareness around themselves and their environments in a validating, solution focused practice. We strive to build a therapeutic relationships where clients feel safe and comfortable discussing things with us. We are trauma informed therapists, some EMDR, Somatic, and IFS trained, using holistic approaches to treatment. Unpacking things we've gone or are going through can be difficult, and we want to help you to learn skills and ways to help you live your best life; the life you deserve.
