Taking the first step toward healing is a brave and powerful choice. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free of judgment as you work through life’s challenges. I bring a warm, compassionate presence to therapy while also encouraging growth and new perspectives through a person-centered approach. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, with a special passion for supporting first responders, healthcare workers, and other helping professionals. I understand the unique pressures that come with serving others and the impact those stressors can have on mental health and relationships. My training in EMDR and Attachment Theory allows me to see life's issues through the lens of trauma. I will be by your side as we investigate the root cause of life's struggles. My foundational training in DBT gives me the knowledge to teach you skills for symptom management along the way.
