Hello folks, I am a graduate of Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My wife Carolyn and I have lived in Lexington for 30 yrs since we moved to Kentucky from North Carolina in 1991. Carolyn and I have three children, Seth, Danielle, and Isaac. I have been a practicing counselor for over thirty years in a variety of clinical settings but mostly in private practice. I love helping people figure out where they are stuck, what they are overwhelmed by, and what they need to do to change; experienced, effective therapists make a difference.
