Certain life events sometimes lead us to seek professional help and finding the right therapist you can establish a positive rapport can be challenging. One of the unique attributes that clients say about me is the warmth, gentleness and genuineness of our therapeutic process coupled with an inviting approach to wellness. I believe a significant core element of counseling is the relationship that you and I build as we navigate and explore the challenges that limit or prevent you from meeting your personal objectives. I provide counseling services to adults in many area topics including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction, anger management, social skills development and stress management. I also utilize various psychotherapeutic approaches to wellness as individuals present with unique dispositions that require sensitivity, flexibility and creativity when addressing internal and/or external challenges.
