My approach to therapy has evolved over more than 25 years of practice as a psychologist/psychotherapist working with a wide variety of people and issues. Many people respond well to and benefit from my interactive, solutions-oriented methods. I believe that exploring the past is sometimes important but that working in the present with a clear eye to the future is often even more helpful.
