These are signs of trauma—experiences that can keep you from living the life you deserve. Many of my clients are military veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or survivors of childhood trauma. They often feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by fear, anger, or pain. If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone. Healing is possible. Me and my associates are trained in healing attachment wounds, building healthy boundaries, and emotion-focused work. I am certified in EMDR therapy to help clients process painful memories and reconnect with themselves. As a gay, Asian, Marine veteran, I bring an intersectional approach to trauma therapy. I hold a Master’s in Multicultural Community Counseling and am an EMDRIA consultant-in-training. My practice is poly, neurodivergent, and kink friendly.
