I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share my background, as I believe my experience may be of value to you. With 37 years of lived experience alongside family members facing severe mental challenges, I have gained a deep understanding of the unique struggles that individuals and families encounter in these situations. My professional journey in the mental health field spans over 12 years, during which I have worked closely with various communities, including those transitioning from in-patient mental health facilities. I am look forward to our first session together, which will serve as an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. My aim is to create a comfortable and open working environment where we can discuss your goals and expectations.
