Often, we settle for known or understood pain because the alternative seems impossible or frightening. Successful therapy results in finding the solutions within ourselves for a better, happier life. The best way to achieve this relies on the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist. I meet my client's where they're at and talk to them like people and not "patients." I’m a licensed professional counselor and a certified alcohol and drug counselor. I've worked in addiction treatment centers since 2017 and have experience helping people with anxiety, depression, and many other issues. I have a passion for working with adolescents and young adults.
