Do you need guidance as you navigate the world? Therapy has a way of clarifying the inventory of your strengths and challenges as an individual, a couple or family. I have worked with all ages as a trained, trauma-informed therapist. I also have experience with neurodivergence if that’s you. I have sat with those in crisis, working through life dilemmas, and wondering how to be themselves. Some clients tell stories, others paint, use a sand tray and yet others learn somatic exercises to help them return to their bodies, where healing begins.
