Seeking therapy is not always an easy decision and I welcome the decision of my clients to pursue change, greater life satisfaction and resolution of troublesome behaviors or relationships. Each client is unique and brings their own story. As a psychologist I try to help them find meaningful change leading to a more satisfactory life. My clinical focus is interpersonal trauma which includes sexual abuse, PTSD, and relationship issues. I also work with anxiety, life transitions, and attachment issues.
