Life can feel overwhelming—whether it’s pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, anxiety, depression, or past trauma. I’m a therapist and mom of three, trained in perinatal mental health, and I also work with children, families, couples, and individuals. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy, build coping skills, strengthen connections, and find balance in a safe, supportive space. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to uncover your inner strength.
