I realize you you have a tremendous amount of options here to choose a therapist. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I call myself a trauma recovery specialist. I Prefer to work in person and ask clients to plan for a 90 minute session. Years of experience have taught me it takes time to for clients to settle in and make contact with their own resourcefulness and essential wisdoms. Resolving trauma's, big or small, often leads to true self discovery. A process of shedding who you think you ought to be and freeing who you really are. My job is support you in that journey
