My treatment approach is to partner with my clients in setting goals for therapy and to collaborate with them to achieve those goals. Together, we will explore the challenges that may be holding you back and blocking your progress toward leading a happier, more fulfilled life. While working together, we will examine the effects of thoughts, beliefs, physical health, experience, and the environment on your mental well-being. I use the most recent researched methods and draw from various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavior, person-centered, trauma-focused, solution-focused, and strengths-based methods.
