It is my belief that therapy is a conversation and a journey. The client sometimes takes the lead and is sometimes guided by the therapist. Although people may need help finding their voice, I believe that individuals are the true experts in their lives. I work together with my clients to ensure that the therapeutic space is a safe, protected place for exploration of life choices and attainment of life's goals. I have over 20 years of experience in working with children and adults.
