I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 25 years and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well. I have training both DBT and CBT and I specialize the treatment of grief/loss, anxiety & depression and substance abuse issues and am an LGBTQI+ ally. I work with adults, teens and couples and am passionate about helping decrease opioid overdose deaths. I view my role as a therapist as helping you find the solutions to your issues as we all hold the answers and just need help finding them. I work off a strenth based, individualized approach, meeting each client where they are currently at in their process.
