Therapy should be a safe place where an individual can feel they have control to address their concerns and receive support and therapeutic strategies to build their skills. As your therapist I will provide a non-judgmental environment for you work on whatever brings you to therapy. I have been in practice for over twenty years working with individuals, families, adolescents and children. My goal is to assist my clients with utilizing their strengths to build their ability to manage issues that may be interfering with daily functioning.
