I bring over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals across a wide range of settings, including crisis management, partial hospitalization programs, intensive in-home therapy, child protective services, and outpatient therapy. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, believing that meaningful change happens when clients play an active role in setting their goals. I work alongside clients to support those goals by providing practical skills, education, and resources tailored to their unique needs.
