I have experience as an intern working as an outpatient addiction counselor, I participated in a year long training to be an affirmative practice counselor working with the LGBTQ community. am trained as a reiki master and I have helped individuals with depression, anxiety, and many other life stressors. There are many reasons that can cause the feelings that we have. You are unique and you are special.
