Life is difficult and we are not supposed to know how to handle all that comes our way. Psychotherapy is one way to address life's difficulties. My work is with individuals, couples and families which includes a specialization in communication, relationship issues, shame, vulnerability, self-esteem issues, anxiety/depression, addiction and any barrier to fulfilling one's full potential. Families are systems that can heal, and change is always possible. I am a certified ARISE@ Substance and Mental Health Interventionist. I bring the experience of 33 years of marriage as well as raising five adult children to my practice.
