About

I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate at Revelation Counseling Center. I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families develop the skills needed to manage life’s challenges and to build richer more fulfilling lives. I use an integrative whole person wellness approach to therapy that emphasizes the connection of mind, body, spirit, and environment. I will work in collaboration with you to help you access internal strengths and create meaningful change. I have experience working with people from diverse backgrounds. I received training through the AAMFT, Minority Fellowship Program in approaches to help reduce health disparities and improve behavioral health care outcomes for LGBTQ+ & racially marginalized populations. Because of my experience & training in trauma-based therapy, and my background as a music educator, trauma-informed therapy models such as EMDR.
