I would be honored to work with you to develop awareness around patterns keeping you stuck or holding you back and to begin to establish new ways of relating to yourself and the world that are in alignment with your goals and values. I aim to collaborate with my clients to support them in creating a life that is meaningful and fulfilling for them. My approach is heavily influenced by CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I provide my clients with practical skills and tools to help them establish safety and regulation in their bodies and nervous system. I also draw on elements of attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, and mindfulness to illuminate unconscious patterns and bring greater levels of awareness.
