I am a Certified Clinical Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am an individual, family and marriage therapist. My vast experience includes working with children and adults. My therapy style is collaborative: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relaxation therapy, positive psychotherapy and talk therapy. I am passionate about helping my clients better their lives and I am fully committed to helping them get through their difficulties. I am easy to talk to and I am very insightful.
