Reaching out for help takes courage—and it’s completely normal to feel unsure or overwhelmed. My goal is to make the process of starting therapy feel a little easier. With compassion at the heart of my work, I help clients explore new perspectives and create lasting change. I take a person-centered approach, drawing on techniques and skills from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs.
