I support children, teens and adults as you improve your self-worth, reduce anxiety and depression and process the challenges of life. I especially enjoy helping women in transition, whether you are a teenager or young adult figuring out what's next, a new mom struggling with sleep issues or parenting challenges, or a woman in mid-life assessing next steps. Another area of specialty is helping children, teens and adults thrive with ADHD. I look forward to hearing from you, let's get started on the path to feeling better and thriving in your life. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2003. I primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and family systems therapy. I am an action-oriented therapist. You will fill a "toolbox" with tools and a plan to use them.
