I am committed to helping people regain a sense of purpose and greater understanding about what they are struggling with. I work to empower people to have some control in a chaotic world. My approach is attachment-based as I find staying attuned to the person helps us both navigate the issues more effectively and learn more about the root experiences that shape our lives today. I like to pull from multiple evidence-based practices to meet people where they are at as well.
