Hello, My name is Dorrie and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I currently work with a variety of clients through telehealth. Many people are often juggling multiple stressors in our world. The juggle can be exhausting and costly. I help both adults and children learn to more effectively juggle life's stressors. As a therapist, I tend to be somewhat playful in my work with people of all ages. I believe in following the lead of the client. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life's challenges with less distress. Let's face it, the world is stressful and that probably is not going to change. Sometimes the best thing to do is "Just keep swimming".
