I see couples, adults, and adolescents (12+) navigating life challenges, stress, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, substance use, bipolar, and personality disorders. I value each client’s individuality, culture, and identity, including LGBTQ+. I collaborate with clients to shape therapy around their needs. CBT, DBT, and, for couples, the Gottman Method often provide the framework, while empowerment, mindfulness, and grounding guide my approach. I also draw from ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and other perspectives to support lasting growth and change.
