Hi , I'm Doug. I am a compassion based mental health therapist and substance abuse counselor who believes in helping people be their best by meeting them where they are. I am licensed in NM SWB-2024-0779 and IA. I have over 12 years of experience and have worked with people on many different mental health issues. I specialize in anxiety disorders such as OCD, ADHD, phobias, trauma and other mental health issues to help people lead more productive lives. I use a mindfulness and compassion based approach using ACT which also has strong clinical evidence to help people with other disorders, such as ADHD, generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, and trauma.
