Endurance: The ability to persist through an unpleasant process or situation without giving way. I believe we all have an innate capacity to endure and learn from what life brings our way. Whether the challenges stem from symptoms of depression, anxiety, traumatic events, or other life challenges, I enjoy helping others better understand and equip themselves to manage life's ups and downs. As a clinician, my approached focuses on helping clients uncover their potential to heal by combining evidence based practices with education and personal strengths to help the client meet their goals.
