We believe in a culture of wellbeing and are strength focused, compassionate, supportive, and guiding. We have licensed professional counselors trained to serve children and adults. We help those experiencing life challenges and recovering from the impact of trauma. We have unique skills in working with children between ages 0-5 and assisting parents with attachment, sensory, and behavior management. We help adolescents and adults with mental health challenges including symptoms of anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. We develop a professional relationship that empowers you to address your problems in a non-judgmental, supportive space.
