It is my privilege to provide a supportive space where healing, growth, and transformation can take root. I have been most influenced by Internal Family Systems, existential philosophy, attachment theory, and narrative therapy. While working on issues stemming from past experiences or trauma, I use EMDR to help identify, desensitize, and reprocess emotionally charged memories that may be "stuck" in the mind and body.
