I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in the state of Florida, and I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of mental health settings—from substance abuse treatment facilities to crisis stabilization centers. These experiences have taught me that healing rarely follows a straight path, and that every individual carries a unique story, shaped by struggle, resilience, and hope. I focus on helping individuals identify and address the challenges they’re facing. In every initial session, I prioritize gaining a clear understanding of the concern so we can build a practical and focused plan moving forward.
