Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma, battling addiction, ADHD, anxiety, or low self-worth - and you’re tired of doing it alone. As a therapist, I help clients heal old wounds, improve their relationships, and start showing up as their true selves. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with: trauma and PTSD, addiction, ADHD, low self-worth, anxiety and stress. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach drawing from EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies. Together, we’ll identify root causes, process emotional pain, and build tools for resilience and self-trust. My goal is to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with your truest self.
