I'm providing both Individual & Family therapy along with Supervision services. My ideal client is someone who appears capable on the outside but feels overwhelmed or disconnected on the inside. Those struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, or major life transitions, and often put others’ needs before their own. Clients who wish to not just manage symptoms, but create meaningful, lasting change. A space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, where clients can be honest and most importantly, heard.
