Dr. Moore provides individual therapy among ages 18 years and older. You are someone motivated for growth and healing. You are ready to do the work. You have experienced the harmful trauma effects evident in dissociation, chronic to complex trauma and can be experiencing multiple symptomologies not limited to anxiety, depression, sensory issues, learning, concentration challenges, relational or daily living issues. You are curious to understand and learn mental health basic hygiene practices. You want to learn about practices of self-care, self-compassion and self-love that leads to transformation. Dr. Moore specializes in trauma, secondary trauma and intergenerational trauma. She is a Certified Brainspotting Therapist. Dr. Moore utilizes integrative-harm reductionist, strength-based and trauma informed strategies fostering wellness practices, somatic experiencing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, exposure therapy, energy therapy to name a few.
